About ReGeneration Dialogue Series:

A weekly experiential event for young adults (approx. late teens to late 30's), exploring emerging culture, embodied consciousness and regenerative action. Events utilize elements of Heart Circle to create a safe and empowering space to explore coming of Age in the 21st century, the regenerative possibilities for human culture and the Earth, and how to activate this potential in our local community.

Facilitators' Biography:

Dominic Allamano is a passionate and potent voice of the emerging visionary generation, inspiring others to shine their light brightly by boldly and humbly shining his. Since his late teens, when he began to see clearly following life altering physical trauma, he has focused his energies in two interrelated realms. The first is the realms of experiential education and explorations of the embodiment of consciousness, while the second is in a deep exploration of the sociological and systemic elements of the dominant world culture. The merging of these two realms has allowed him to perceive many of the key patterns and dynamics that define today's world and hold the promise for tomorrow's.

He feels called to be as a midwife to the emerging culture, assisting both in its birth and development as well as in the navigation of the unforeseen consequences of humanity's past choices, which are defining the context for that emergence. Through extensive travels and speaking around the Pacific Northwest he has aligned with an inspired network of allies with whom he is crafting new paradigm networks and tools like the WorldCrafter's Network (http://www.worldcrafters.org) and CultureSeed (http://www.cultureseed.org) to support the emergence of this new culture.

Please Note: Intended for young adults only.

First Friday Art Show Opening: "Songs Made Visible"
Paintings by Keith Johnson

-Show Opens on Friday March 6, 5:00-8:00pm

-Exhibit Open Daily Mar. 7 -April 1, 10:00am-6:00pm

Exhibit Description:

I hope you will enjoy my paintings as much as I enjoy creating them. They are born from the world around me, and, through some mysterious journey, are transformed into images caught in time onto canvas or paper.

They are the record of my journey. They are songs made visible.

There is no such thing as a blank canvas. One brings to it the accumulated richness of ones life. When, at the start, I have a clear vision, the process changes it, and when I have no clear vision, just the laying on of color, line and shape awakens some image from my shadow world.

The painting process for me is one of letting go (of the ego, of technique, of preconceived ideas and of even art), allowing the painting to develop its own life and its own voice. My role becomes one of keeping that delicate balance between chaos and order.

If my record is confused by strange beasts or monstrous thoughts or sights these are no more than what my eyes saw or my mind conceived. My materials are whatever is at hand, changing as I change, changing as the image dictates.

I stand back and watch with amazement the process as it happens. I wish I could share that with you. What I can share are these paintings, the results.

Presenter's Biography:
As a certified nutritional consultant, I have helped many thousands of people to improve their health. I am also a certified Metabolic Typing Advisor and have specialized training in reading and interpreting hair mineral analysis reports.
I graduated from Loyola University School of Law and was licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois in 1986. I practiced law on and off from 1987 to 1993.
My interest in natural healing began as a result of my six-year battle with chronic illness. During this time, from 1984 to 1990, I saw dozens of health care practitioners, both conventional and unconventional. I was diagnosed with a variety of illnesses including food allergies, chronic candida, chronic fatigue syndrome and toxic metal poisoning.
By 1989 I had made little progress and had almost given up hope. It was during this time that a life-changing shift in my understanding of healing occurred: a combination of natural therapies that addressed underlying toxicities, deficiencies and emotional challenges is what helped me break through years of struggle, and I was finally able to regain my health.
After regaining my health I felt compelled to share this message of healing with clients from my legal practice, friends, family, even complete strangers. From this point on my life took a new path into the field of natural healing.
In 1996, I began my professional career as a nutritional therapist. Most recently, I was on staff at The Optimal Wellness Center, the largest holistic medical clinic in the Chicago area from June 2000 through January of 2004.
For two years I had a private practice in Oak Park, Illinois offering a variety of health and wellness seminars and trainings to health care practitioners. Beginning in 2007 I opened a private nutrition consulting practice in Ashland, Oregon.
My ongoing education includes a doctoral program in natural healing. I am also completing my naturopathic degree from the Clayton College of Natural Heath.
I have also been a featured nutrition and alternative health care expert on Channel 7 news in Chicago (the local affiliate of ABC) covering areas ranging from public health and safety to tips for healthy eating while traveling.

"The Proof" Movie Description:

The title for the film comes from Twyman's goal to provide actual proof that we are not separate, isolated and alone, but connected and one.

"Throughout history saints and mystics from nearly every spiritual tradition have said that we really aren't as separate from one another as we seem. They were able to see through the illusion to a field of possibility that they sometimes called Oneness. My goal with this film was to prove they were right in an entertaining way that's never been attempted before."

Several months ago Twyman held an open audition in Ashland, attempting to choose a person to conduct a unique experiment. His goal was to find the person who had the most natural skill at projecting thoughts. In short, he was setting out to read minds.

"This is something that I've been able to do since I was young," he said. "I used to have my friends hide objects, then think about the location. I was usually able to find them within a minute or two. Last year I realized that I could expand this idea in a way that would be very exciting, and in a way that had never been attempted before. I decided that I would find someone to hide an object anywhere in the Continental US, then hopefully, find it. We had people meet us at Shop and Cart, and I chose four of them to hide spoons around the store. In that way I was able to pick the person I felt I would have the best chance with."

After making his choice, Twyman launched into the second phase of the experiment. He gave the chosen woman a book and one thousand dollars with the instructions to travel anywhere she wanted and choose a hiding spot, then return to Ashland. Using a large map, he then decided upon the city, and along with a film crew, flew to the spot he felt the most energy.

"Of course I had never attempted anything on this level before," he explained. "I was practicing at the mall in Medford, but obviously the entire country would present a greater challenge. I also had no idea if the city I chose to fly to was the right city. I had to trust my instinct and hope it would all turn out."

Worldwide release: April 2009. Running Time: approx. 25 Minutes

Leap! The Movie Description:

Leap! The Movie goes beyond the illusion and limitations of the human experience. Learn from famous spiritual visionaries and philosophers who explore "myths" about reality

What if someone told you life as you know it is an illusion, including your home, family and friends, job, and your "limitations"? What if there was a way to break free and live from inspiration, to explore all areas of your life as the infinite being you truly are? Leap! features interviews with over 20 people, including Dan Millman, Gary Renard, Fred Alan Wolf, James Twyman, Joe Vitale and other spiritual leaders.

The film uses ancient and modern philosophies to help people explore the idea of life as an illusion, and how to embrace that idea to transform your human experience.

Leap! is a unique blend of science, psychology, philosophy and spirituality. The featured interviews offer insight on the benefits of viewing life as an illusion, and demonstrate how to change core perceptions to live from inspiration.

This philosophy is not about denying the physical experience, but leaping beyond the limitations and restrictions that illusion appears to impose. Most importantly, the film explores all elements of the human experience, and offers ways for viewers to "wake up" from the dream an live a life of unimaginable joy, peace and freedom.

What makes this movie so different? It's not about visualization, manifestation or creating with intention. It is a complete paradigm shift in how you can live your life from a deep knowing of your true self. Leap! shows each of us what amazing, creative beings we are in all areas of our life. It offers a variety of different perspectives from spiritual visionaries and philosophers who have come to similar conclusions. It shows that taking responsibility for all the "good" and "bad" things in our life is the first step to true freedom, and you can leap beyond the limitations of the human experience.

The goal of Leap! The Movie's producers are simple: "Live life from inspiration and create positive material to share with the world." In a world often viewed as problematic, this movie produces and promotes only ideas, products and people that encourage and challenge each of us to explore our reality from a positive and empowering perspective.

The Movie's producers are simple: "Live life from inspiration and create positive material to share with the world." In a world often viewed as problematic, this movie produces and promotes only ideas, products and people that encourage and challenge each of us to explore our reality from a positive and empowering perspective.

primary causes of muscular/skeletal system disorders
-Key principles, remedies and therapies to keep your muscular/skeletal system strong and healthy
-How muscular/skeletal imbalances affect other systems of your body

Lecture: Breakthrough Power: How Quantum-Leap New Energy Inventions Can Transform Our World
With Joel Garbon and Jeane Manning

Admission: $10.00 suggested donation, everyone welcome.

Presentation Description:

This event provides a behind-the-scenes look at the world of visionary inventors and brave scientists who are on the frontier of remarkable new clean energy technologies. Based on personal experiences with these pioneers and the new energy field, the co-authors of BREAKTHROUGH POWER: How Quantum-Leap New Energy Inventions Can Transform Our World examine the staunch resistance of powerful entrenched vested interests to game-changing energy innovations, and appeal for grassroots activism and a "tidal wave of wisdom" to collectively usher in a New Energy Era.

Presenters' Biographies:

Joel Garbon is president of the educational nonprofit The New Energy Movement and is a founding member of New Energy Congress which maintains a continuously updated and publicly viewable database of the "Top 100" most promising breakthrough energy technologies. Joel has been a featured speaker on numerous television and radio programs and at conferences and civic gatherings, making the appeal for a concurrent evolution in human consciousness and energy technology to address our pressing global challenges.

He is the author of an historic legislative draft titled "Energy Innovation Act of 2007" which is intended for introduction as a Congressional bill and to serve as template for new energy legislation on the state, local, and international levels. The legislation's provisions call for urgent and serious federal support for research and development of breakthrough energy technologies.

Jeane Manning is a sociologist, investigative journalist, and author of several highly regarded books, including The Coming Energy Revolution and Angels Don't Play This HAARP (with Dr. Nick Begich). She is a long-time researcher of quantum-leap energy systems that could replace polluting fuels, and has written extensively and lectured internationally on this subject. Jeane has served on the boards of directors for several new energy institutes. A citizen of Vancouver, BC, Jeane has recently organized a grassroots citizen organization under the banner of New Energy Movement Canada.
