"Crafting the Gift" A Community Event Honoring the 13 Indigenous Grandmothers & their Assistants During their Ashland Visit
Brothers and Sisters, join us in a fun and sacred night of crafting!
Free admission, donations appreciated, everyone welcome!
Event Description:
The 13 Grandmothers from around the world are coming to Oregon in August, and we want to give them a warm welcome and something special to take home that will remind them of the spirit of this place.
6:00 pm Meet at the Fountain in Lithia Park at to gather natural materials to use for the gifts.
7:00-9:00pm Meet at RVML for crafting. 258 A Street, Across from Ace Hardware UPSTAIRS.
* Please bring a cash donation for our local member of the council Grandma Agnes Baker Pilgrim
* Bring craft supplies to share (if you're inspired to)

RENT RVML's EVENT CENTER: The 800 Sq.ft. Railroad Museum upstairs is air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible with full audio-visual capabilities available. Fifty folding chairs can be arranged in different configurations for meetings, lectures, and gatherings. -$45 for 2 hours- includes basic publicity, other publicity and production services available. http://www.rvml.org/contact.shtml
