RE-Generation Discussion Series
Time: 7:00pm - 9:00pm
Location: Mobius Media Center- 281 4th St., Ashland
RE-Generation Discussion Series: Idea Forum for the Next Generation
Alternative dialogue for people 18-32 - EVERY THURSDAY 7:30-9:30pm

Description: 30 - 60-minute video or lecture presentation followed by interactive discussion. Interesting people, fascinating information and "extra-ordinary" conversation in an open and friendly atmosphere.

In this interactive forum, participants gain an ever-broadening understanding about leading-edge, new paradigm ideas shaping the world's future. In contrast to a typical discussion forum, participants are encouraged to explore ideas from a metaphysical perspective, where no idea is too far-out!

What is our purpose for existence? Where did we come from? What are our ways of knowing? What is the triune nature of mind? What is the future?

Note: Intended for participants 18-32 years-old only.

This Week:

Samantha Sweetwater, founder of Dharma Dance and the PeaceBody School of Embodied Awakening, offers up an innovative mix of somatic, ecstatic and shamanic dance, yoga and light work, bringing individuals and communities into deeper spaces of Oneness and Integration. Her facilitation bridges the healing of Self, Community, Planet and Universe and shows us how to grow roots of belonging and wings of love. For over 13 years, she has traveled internationally as a light emissary, facilitating the blossoming of Oneness and Peace on Earth through authenticity, connection, expression, self-love and celebration. Additionally, she is a gifted healer, life coach, dancer, yogini and priestess. You can find her online at http://www.dancingfreedom.com and http://people.tribe.net/samanthasweetwater.

Facilitators' Biographies:

Crystal Arnold, partner in The ReGeneration Project, graduated in June from SOU with a degree in International Economics. While there she wrote several research papers on regional economic development in the Rogue Valley. Crystal currently works with THRIVE, a non-profit that promotes the local economy, and is developing strategies to support regional-sufficiency. She is creating workshops on currency and finance to engage the community so they can better understand the monetary system when navigating global changes.
