Presenter's Biography:
As the son of world renowned Holistic Health Practitioner and rehabilitation expert Paul Chek Sr, Paul Jr has been absorbed in the field of Holistic Health his whole adult life. Paul studied at the internationally acclaimed C.H.E.K Institute in San Diego, CA and has since consulted with professional athletes and layman alike.
Paul Jr. has lectured and consulted internationally on topics including: Post-Rehabilitative conditioning, Safe Weight loss, Nutritional Factors in healing, Pediatric Nutrition, Golf Bio-Mechanics as well as Mind-body physiology. His favorite subject is pediatric and family nutrition.
Now residing in Ashland, Paul is offering his Family or Individual Nutrition coaching services on a sliding scale with special exception given to those under 25 years of age.
