". . . a personal sharing that gives clear insight to guidelines for expanding one's life." Phillip Pierson, Senior Minister, Christ Unity Church, Co-host of "The Best is Yet to Be" TV show

"Julia Tindall brings ancient wisdom to life in these pages in a form that is easily accessible and fun to read." Susan Campbell, Ph.D., author of Getting Real: 10 Truth Skills You Need to Live an Authentic Life

"20 Questions for Enlightened Living - Peace and Freedom through Jnana Yoga" teaches the ten principle aims of Jnana Yoga, which are essential to all spiritual paths to enlightenment. Jnana is the time-honored yoga of Self-inquiry, which uses awareness to "witness" the workings of the mind in order to unravel the illusions of the ego and convert knowledge into practical wisdom.

This is the first book to take the teachings of classical jnana yoga and apply them to modern, everyday life in a clear, easy to understand format. Each of the 20 questions activates your witness consciousness so that you can experience life free from limitations.

This book offers a powerful opportunity to improve your life in ways you never thought possible, through transcending the voice of ego.

"20 Questions for Enlightened Living" will help you to:

. Activate your witness consciousness
. Fee more alive in the present moment
. Move through your lessons more quickly
. Let go of the ego's attachment to outcome
. Cultivate a habit of gracious acceptance of life
. Free yourself from the monster that eats your peace
