RVML is very pleased to present this special "sneak-preview" showing of the long-awaited feature film: The Celestine Prophecy.
Based on James Redfield's worldwide best-selling novel, The Celestine Prophecy is a spiritual adventure film chronicling the discovery of ancient scrolls in the rainforests of Peru. The prophecy and its nine key insights predict a worldwide awakening, arising within all religious traditions, that moves humanity toward a deeper experience of spirituality. The film features an international ensemble cast including Matthew Settle, Thomas Kretschmann, Sarah Wayne Callies, Annabeth Gish, Hector Elizondo, Joaquim de Almeida and Jurgen Prochnow.
When James Redfield authored The Celestine Prophecy, millions of readers passed it from hand to hand across America, discovering within its pages a life-affirming truth about synchronicity, intuition and personal destiny. It stayed on the New York Times bestsellers list for over three years, was translated into more than 40 languages, and influenced the world with some 14 million copies in print. Now just in time for the spiritual resurgence in America, the film adaptation of the runaway bestseller will be in theaters April 2006.
