Description:
Body Mind Spirit seeks to create the finest and friendliest expos in the country. We beleive that the open exchange of holistic ideas enriches everyone involved. We will bring to communities worldwide the newest information in three major areas of focus; Natural Health, Personal Growth, and Metaphysics. We will work to develop the local exhibitors and sponsors who can enliven their local communities during and after the expo. We promise reasonable prices for all of our expos and will always strive to provide the most vibrant and enjoyable experience possible for everyone there.
BMSE started in Ashland Oregon in 1986. The expos have always maintained an equal emphasis on holistic topics, and local participation. In larger markets in the late 80s and early 90s the espos expanded with the addition of annual Expos in Seattle, Spokane, Portland, Atlanta, New Orleans, and Tampa.

Discover new ways to create sacred, romantic space with your lover. Dive into Tantric breath work and healing exercises to expand your heart, create intimacy and rise into spiritual ecstasy! This is an adult oriented workshop. Singles welcome and encouraged!

Julie Avena is a Certified Clinical Herbalist and creator of Earth Mama Goods. She makes herbal products, writes, teaches and maintains a clinical practice in Southern Oregon. Avena is a passionate performer, dancer, mother, healer, tantric goddess, hot springs fanatic, festival frolicker and plant spirit shamaness.
