Metaphysics is beyond physics, referring to any phenomena associated with the non-physical realm, including the quantum forces of sub atomic physics and the supernatural.

"The more you know, the more there is to know!"

In this interactive forum, participants gain an ever-broadening understanding of being human while navigating the complexities of the greater reality. In contrast to a typical discussion forum, participants are encouraged to explore ideas from a metaphysical perspective, where no idea is too far-out!

Utilizing intellect and intuition, participants explore: What is our purpose for existence? Where did we come from? How do our souls come into being? What is the triune nature of mind?

Video Description:

"Science and the Power of Prayer"

We know that prayer comforts us, but can it heal us, physically as well as spiritually? This award-winning film, featuring Drs. Larry Dossey and Joan Borysenko, among others, attempts to answer that question. More people are praying today than ever, and studies show the beneficial effects of those prayers. What we must learn to do is harness that energy by getting in touch with non-local mind. Although prayer may not give you the answer you want, it will always give you an answer.

Because the last half of the 20th century has made a deity of science, the question as to whether or not prayers can be heard has been taken to the lab. More than 140 studies give ample proof that prayers are answered even though that answer is not always what we want.

We have not yet learned how to harness this energy, but many healers say that they are most effective when they are in touch with the energy of unconditional love. As Teilhard de Chardin says:

"Someday, after we've harnessed the winds, the waves, the tides, and gravity, we will harness for God the energies of Love: and then, for the second time in the History of the World . . . Man will have discovered Fire!" All the people in this video have discovered ways to get in touch with Non-Local Mind and have suggestions that may help you.

Jordan became fascinated with metaphysics and the paranormal in 1989 after accounts of a roommate's unbelievable UFO experiences re-kindled his curiosity in 'fringe' subjects. Jordan's interest quickly snowballed into an enormous hunger for more and more information which eventually led to the founding of Rogue Valley Metaphysical Library & Events Center in Ashland, Oregon in the Fall of 2001.
