Facilitator's Biography:
Kristina has studied in India, Spain and extensively in the US. Her asana teachers include Vanessa Scott and Andre Lappa, with whom she did her most recent teacher training. She currently studies Rajanaka Tantric Philosophy with Douglas Brooks. In the classes, we combine both mystical and esoteric aspects of Yoga with ongoing conversation of philosophy, celebrated within a gentle but challenging asana practice.
All levels are welcome. Please arrive by 9:30am and bring a Yoga mat.

Presentation Description:
In this profound dialogue, Christo speaks on getting out of your own way in order to create what you want in your life. Christo will present tools to retrain your soul to go "ALL IN" instead of holding back all of your brilliance. If you've ever wondered why you have such big life dreams inside of you, but haven't yet brought those dreams to reality this is for YOU. It is risky to go "ALL IN," because there will be nothing left to fall back on. The comfort zone is what is holding you back from being invested in your dreams. Christo will lay out a six week plan to success where he assist the audience to uncover the blocks that are in the way of you living your highest dharma - or God-path.
Christo teaches practical meditation techniques, emotional clearing techniques, mantras and other valuable tools that will assist in rapid spiritual evolution. These tools can help one live a happier, more enriching life. -A life filled with peace in relationships, compassion, abundance and health. He keeps dialogues simple and is sensitive to the needs of his audience.
Presenter's Biography:
Christo Hart is a bodhisattva dedicated to bring in the age of enlightenment on this planet. His teachings are universal and all denominations are welcome.
Prior to his ordainment in his meditative studies, he gifted the world as an author, producer, director, writer, published journalist and personal manager to celebrity artists. A life changing occurrence in Rio de Janeiro propelled him on a spiritual path where he found himself drastically changing his entire life. He took vows as a sannyasin (one who dedicates their life to self-realization) living at an ashram and traveling the world with his guru where he studied ancient wisdom.
He envisions our world in peace and harmony with all peoples.
He is currently a master teacher at Tabula Rasa Ashrams in Oregon and Las Vegas.
