 Kristina has studied in India, Spain and extensively in the US.  Her asana teachers include Vanessa Scott and Andre Lappa, with whom she did her most recent teacher training.  She currently studies Rajanaka Tantric Philosophy with Douglas Brooks.   In the classes, we combine both mystical and esoteric aspects of Yoga with ongoing conversation of philosophy, celebrated within a gentle but challenging asana practice.  =0D=0A=
