 Leo Palombo is a 39 year old artist from New Orleans who trained and worked as a graphic illustrator and a self-taught wood worker.  In the mid 90's his art began to develop toward wood sculpture and sculpted frames, integrating into his abstract graphic pieces.  As his love for wood working grew he began to migrate away from two dimensional art, exploring the fractal nature of wood.  Progression of Wood tracks this transformation with pieces from the mid 90s to present.=0D=0A=
