The Chakra Meditation for Peace is part of Leah Fanning Mebane’s multi-sensory Chakra art exhibit which brings the Ashland community together with vibrant oil paintings, improv dance, singings bowls, essential oils, workshops and live painting throughout the month. Participants will be guided to clear, balance and harmonize each of their 7 Major Chakras with integration through the 9th Earth Star Chakra and the 8th Chakra of the Universal Heart; these last two chakras are transpersonal chakras into the human soul energy field.
