RVML Presenter Instructions
Welcome! RVML is always looking for interesting speakers with relevant topics to present to our local and global community. Please complete the following forms ASAP along with any additional information that will help us to know you and what you will be presenting. Our organization will review your information for applicability as a presenter for our group. Please understand that not all applicants can be selected. Data from this form will be presented for approval along with any additional information you provide. Thanks in advance for your interest and assistance in completing these forms.
RVML supplies extensive publicity through local and online media for both types of events.
Please complete as much of these forms as possible, which will help us to streamline submission of your proposed presentation for consideration, and, if selected, assist with our efforts to publicize your presentation. Not all items may apply to you; just complete the items that do apply! :-)

The Rogue Valley Metaphysical Library and Event Center (RVML) offers two different types of events for presenters:
1. Tuesday Night: RVML's Tuesday Night presentation series (always 7-9PM Pacific Time) is an excellent opportunity to share your work with the greater Ashland/Rogue Valley community... and soon the world (through our video and audio store, offering both discs by mail as well as online downloads)! There is no charge to the presenter(s), and RVML supplies a full suite of audiovisual equipment and staffing for your presentation at our facility at 258 A Street in Ashland, Oregon. Please note that not all presentations are selected for post-production into DVDs or other media due to a variety of constraints. If your presentation IS selected, in some cases it may be possible to have copies made of your presentation (subject to various considerations including funding).

2. Room Rental: RVML also provides, for a nominal fee, the opportunity for room rental with optional audiovisual equipment rental for workshops, lectures and other presentations at times other than our Tuesday night series at our facility at 258 A Street in Ashland, Oregon.
