Workshop Description:
If you feel like you have been turned upside down, you have! The Charkra energy centers in the body are operating in a whole new way; which, in turn, changes the way one uses grounding techniques, builds a sound inner foundation, connects to Spirit, and how one Manifests. Join Arlene to experience these changes through a visualized breathing technique. Sample using color to assist the body to heal. Understand how to focus your attention and your energy in the most useful way by using the "ColorCards."
Presenter's Biography:
Arlene Arnold is a well know speaker in the Pacific Northwest. Color is Arlene's passion and her expertise. During her training to be a Spiritual Guide and Healing Facilitator, she learned to work with color. Her fascination with the healing properties of vibration led her to use color through visualization and later to create the divination set "Colorcards." She is now working with color vibrations of the New World that may be experienced through her new divination cards called "Luminaries." Arlene offers a monthly newsletter that highlights transformational tips and information that is coming forward at this time
